Once we have successfully processed your payment, your MeTimeBox will ship within 2 business days viaUSPS Retail Ground™ (formerly Standard Post).
You can expected your Me Time Box Standard to arrive in 2-8 business days, depending on your location.
 
Refund Policy
Your credit card will be charged on a monthly basis for products that are listed by I E Wholesale. We offer a no hassle cancellation with no long term commitments to Me Time’s subscription box. Cancel your monthly subscription at any time. If you are in the middle of a billing cycle, your will receive your order for that month. Once your account has been charged, we are unable to cancel that shipment. If you cancel before the billing cycle starts, your account will be suspended. You can reactivate your subscription at anytime. For questions about our refund policy, please contact us: hello@metimebox.com.
Customer Service
We want you to be happy! If you are not 100% happy, please contact us and we will try to make it right. Please keep in mind that we do pack everything very carefully, but occasionally items inside of your Me Time Box may break. If this happens, don't fret! Snap a picture of the broken item and send it to: hello@metimebox.com, along with your order ID and we will ship a replacement out to you promptly.
